SoftPro: City planning cadastre

It was first elaborated and introduced in 2015 for Lviv region. Later similar projects were elaborated and introduced for other cities and regions like: Nikopol, Chervonohrad, Irpin, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Kolomyia, Bila Tserkva, Sambir.

SoftPro programmed complex: City planning cadastre is created for forming and actualization of city planning cadastre informational resources. 
It is used for local executive agencies and local government administrations, that carry out a management in the sphere of city planning and architecture, due to a constant city development, also informational needs satisfaction in the sphere of city planning activity of organizations, enterprises, public associations and citizens on the basis of forming, integration, constant updating and effective usage of geoinformational resources about a city territory with an application of modern geoinformational technologies.

Basic Subsystems:

  • basic instrumental GIS (QGIS) and object-relational DBMS (PostgreSQL) with functions analogously to the system of the city level;
  • subsystem of registration and recording of city planning documentation;
  • subsystem of informational resources database of unitary digital topographical base of the region management;
  • subsystem of control input sets quality of geospatial data and uploading them to the geospatial data base of city planning cadastre;
  • subsystem of city planning documentation electronic copies producing and conducting of their electronic depository in DBMS medium;
  • subsystem of geospatial database management of city planning objects;
  • subsystem of registration and management of city planning conditions and restrictions, building passports of plots of land building and passports of building objects;
  • subsystem of address space register objects and political units management;
  • subsystem of registration and database management of engineering seeking by city territory;
  • subsystem of city planning monitoring;
  • subsystem of appeals registration and provided information concerning city planning cadastre;
  • analytical subsystem of reports preparation and other data to city planning activity subjects due to their petitions / appeals;
  • subsystem of informational interaction with other cadastral and informational systems of subjects - city planning cadastre and city planning cadastre systems of the state, city and basic levels;
  • Geoportal of public data of city planning cadastre.
