GIS for monitoring of population census conducting in 2012 in Ukraine
There was elaborated a complex of programmes for a preparation of regions digital maps and city plans due to technical demands of a cartographical supplying of population census in GIS MapInfo medium and census division of cities and regions into districts conducting. The programme in GIS MapInfo environment forms extra group of instruments «Census»:
- Registers - Provide an access to the group of commands for creating, filling and editing of addresses, streets and houses registers on a city territory,
- Region - Provide an access to the group of commands for preparatory stages accomplishment and properly division of a region territory.
- City - Provide an access to the group of commands for preparatory stages accomplishment and properly division of a city territory.
- Utilities - Provide an access to the group of commands for objects search, a layer for manipulations choice, new tables creating.
- Reference - Provide a launching of compressed instructions concerning work with a complex of programmes.
Works on forming objects of census division into districts:
- forming of census offices;
- forming of enumeration areas;
- forming of instructor stations.
